travel technology, partner support, incident investigation, QA, integrations, and customer operations.
Outside my day job, I like turning ideas into working systems. Sometimes that means building an AI-assisted
support workspace. Sometimes it means experimenting with APIs. Sometimes it means scripting an entire
Ragnarok Online feature because I wondered, “Can I make this work?”

My AI collaborator.
“Eir” is the name I use for my ChatGPT collaborator across this environment. Eir helps me think through
architecture, troubleshoot problems, draft ideas, challenge assumptions, and turn rough concepts into
something I can actually test.
The important part is the collaboration: I make the decisions, own the implementation, and validate what
goes live. Eir helps me move faster and explore farther.
The goal is not to automate curiosity. It is to give curiosity better tools.
